Pulse .

AI-assisted inspection and compliance software.

Run structured inspections on site, capture evidence, raise findings, and produce an audit trail. Inspection Companion can talk an inspector through the live survey. Photo analysis can propose findings from the images — nothing is written into the record until a person accepts it.

The Problem It Solves .

Paper forms, camera-roll evidence and delayed reports make it hard to inspect consistently, prove what happened on site, or close actions afterwards.

Pulse keeps the structured survey at the centre of the job — then uses AI only where it helps an inspector complete that same workflow.

Main Workflow .
01

Template

Build or generate a structured inspection template, then review and publish it before anyone uses it in the field.

02

Inspect

Complete the live survey on site — including with Inspection Companion talking the inspector through the real questions.

03

Evidence

Capture photos and site records against the survey, so findings stay linked to what was seen.

04

Review

Raise findings and actions. AI can suggest findings from photos or answers — a person accepts or rejects each one.

05

Report

Produce the report and keep an audit trail. Draft wording can be assisted; the official record is still human-approved.

Capabilities .
Inspection Companion .

Inspection Companion guides an inspector through the real structured survey — not a separate chatbot conversation. It can speak the live questions and capture answers back into the same form.

Voice capture is controlled: answers are mapped onto the survey, and free-text replies are confirmed before they are saved. The inspector remains in control of the inspection.

Photo analysis and suggested findings .

Pulse can analyse inspection photos and propose potential findings, linked back to the image or to saved survey answers.

Suggestions are never written into the official record automatically. A qualified person reviews each one and accepts or rejects it. Pulse does not replace the inspector.

Template Copilot .

Describe an inspection in plain English and Pulse can draft a template — sections, questions and branching — for you to review in the builder. In the product this is Create with AI.

AI never publishes a template. You check the questions, fix what it got wrong, and publish it yourself before it is used in the field.

Reporting, findings and actions .

Pulse is built around the inspection record: answers, evidence, findings, actions and reports. That operational core stands whether or not AI assistance is used on a given job.

Where report wording is drafted with AI, each section still has to be accepted before it becomes part of the deliverable.

What’s next for Pulse .

Under development · Not currently generally available

We’re also developing PulseBot — an optional robotic inspection companion designed to work alongside inspectors using the same Pulse platform.

PulseBot is not generally available, cannot currently be purchased, and is not an autonomous inspector.

Bespoke when Pulse is not the fit .

If your workflow needs something Pulse does not cover, Lynaria still designs bespoke inspection, compliance and field-operations software around how your team already works.
